Registration can be completed starting in early February of each year via the following methods:

• Secure online registration available at: http://registeruo.niu.edu.
• If you have a paper registration form, you may fax it to: 815.753.6900
• Or mail the form to:
  Division of Continuing Education
  Northern Illinois University
  Dekalb , IL 60115

Registration may be canceled until April 24, 2009. A $10 handling charge will be assessed for cancellations.
