Vendor and Exhibitor Information

The Illinois Conference on Volunteer Administration is holding its annual conference on May 14-15, 2008 at the Drury Lane Conference Center, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

The vendor and exhibit space provides attendees with important information about your agency and programs. Over 200 people attend ICOVA each year, representing government, schools, civic organizations, museums, senior citizens, intergenerational programs, and other volunteer clubs in general. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and network with other organizations.

The cost to exhibit is $50.00 and includes one six foot skirted table and two chairs. Set up time is 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14th, 2009.

If you are interested in donating a company product for each of our conference attendee packet’s (250 packets), the $50.00 exhibit fee will be waived. The product could be a coffee mug, stress ball, tote bag, lapel pin, etc., and would need to be sent to the committee no later than Friday, April 24, 2009.
